Emilio Sessa (MBA, MEng, MESci, BEng) is an freelancer MBA environmental engineer with a background experience as oil reservoirs development engineer and risk/knowledge/quality manager in the IT sector. He has gained a recognised and always up-to-date peculiar experience in Carbon Accounting, international protocols frameworks and regulations (GHG Protocol, ISO 14064 part-1/part-2/part-3, LCA, 14069, TCFD, ETS, Carbon Neutrality, NFS, GRI, CSR reports), helping companies implement carbon reduction strategies for financial and non-financial Companies, to disclose and publish their Non Financial Declarations (NFDs).

Sabrina Correale (she/her) holds an Executive Master in Sustainability Transition Management and a Master of Arts in Cultural Mediation with a Major in Chinese. Currently, She is a candidate for the Participatory Gender-Audit Facilitator Certification of the ILO International Training Center. Throughout her career in international sales and business development in multiple industries, She engaged in mediating needs of different stakeholders and translated them into actionable and impactful projects. Most recently, Sabrina focused her attention on facilitating the transition of her customers to a circular economy and on developing innovative and inclusive ESG reporting tools dedicated to micro-enterprises. As a member of the global equity campaign team, her area of interest and expertise has been gender equality and women’s rights, with special attention to accountability systems in the workplace. Sabrina is a mom of two, a feminist and a climate activist.

Silvana grispino

With 20 years of experience in international cooperation, Silvana Grispino (she/her) has worked across the Middle East, South East Europe, and Latin America. She currently works as Oxfam Italy’s Global Portfolio Manager, where she leads women economic empowerment programmes in the Middle East and North African region. She has proactively promoted gender transformative approaches to women’s empowerment. Ms. Grispino holds an Executive Master in Sustainability Transition Management, a Gender development and poverty diploma and she successfully concluded a gender leadership course. She is currently a candidate for the Participatory Gender-Audit Facilitator Certification of the ILO International Training Center. Ms. Grispino is part of Oxfam’s working groups that aim at promoting gender equality, feminist principles and accountability mechanism in the workplace.

Ioana is a sought-after “Marketing for Sustainability” trainer, coach and speaker with more than 20 years of international experience in building and growing brands in multinationals and start-ups. She has been trusted by Fortune 500 companies such as Nestle, LG Electronics, Medtronic, Caterpillar, Purina as well as dynamic start-ups and UN divisions. With one of her teams, she won the Diploma of Excellence offered under the patronage of European Union for the “most effective brand campaign”. She uses her vast marketing expertise and sustainability knowledge to advise and coach brand teams on how to communicate their sustainable credentials effectively and authentically. Her approach his structured and pragmatic. In addition, Ioana is the founder of Impacters Group where she works with sustainability entrepreneurs who are fiercely committed to make a difference but need support to articulate their value and market themselves. She seats in advisory teams promoting sustainable goals, is a NED and an Ellen MacArthur Circular Pioneer and mentor.
